Welcome Back!

Welcome back CIVA students and families. We are so excited for the start of the 2021-22 school year. We hope everyone has enjoyed a restful and adventurous summer break. We have a lot of new things happening at CIVA this fall. Check them out!

New Staff

We would like to welcome the following new members: Elizabeth Kahn (English/Yoga Teacher), Brio Lynam (Music Teacher), RaeLynn Robertson (English Teacher) and Melissa Spruill (Registar) 


Registration

Our Registration will be on August 11th and 12th. Only students and parents will be allowed to enter the building using the East door. We will distribute the class schedules and chrome books, OLE forms, etc. 

The schedule for Registration is as follows:

August 11: Seniors from 8:00 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.

August 11: Juniors from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

August 12: Sophomores from 8:00 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.

August 12: Freshmen from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Students will be getting their pictures taken for the yearbook and their IDs on registration day.  Please remember the dress code when choosing your outfit.  

All CIVA fees can be paid by cash, check or credit card at registration.  PE uniforms will be available for purchase at that time as well.

New Students: Any forms that have not been turned in, please make sure to turn them in at registration.


Apparel Support Update

August 16 is the First Day of school! Classes start at 7:45 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.

Classroom supplies list will be provided by each teacher when school starts.

Fall OLE is coming up!

For our Fall OLE (Outdoor Learning Expedition), we will be going to Crooked Creek Ranch in Fraser on September 14th - 16th.  All paperwork and or payment arrangements must be made by August 25th so don't miss the deadline!  Five forms will be available on the website and needs to be filled out. They located on our Students & Parents tab > Forms. 

Please remember that the Power of Attorney must be signed in front of a notary (a notary is available at CIVA at no charge).
