Our fall concert is on Friday, October 7th at 7:00 pm. Come out and support these fine young musicians for their first concert of the season!
Conferences
Conferences will be held on October 26th from 5:00-7:00 and October 27th from 4:00-7:00. Please come anytime during these times; no appointment is necessary. Please enter through the east doors.
International Student Seeking Permanent Home
One of our fine young international students is in need of a permanent home. She has been staying in a temporary situation and must be placed by October 30. Please consider opening your home and your heart to this wonderful young lady. Contact the front office with any questions.
Chess Tournament
The District High School and Middle School Chess Tournament is Friday, October 14, from 3:45 to 7:00 p.m. in the Palmer High School library. Participation is open to all district high/middle school students. Cost is $0/student, thanks to the Palmer Alumni Association. This no-cost tournament includes 5-6 rounds of play (Swiss-style), and pizza/drinks between rounds. This tournament is open to students of all abilities, from beginner to advanced; participants are asked to understand the basic rules of chess. Everyone plays every round – win, lose, or draw.
