CIVA Received Governor's Distinguished Award
The Colorado Department of Education has recognized CIVA Charter High School with the Governor’s Distinguished Improvement Award. This award is given to school that demonstrate outstanding academic growth and achievement. We are exceptionally proud of our students for working hard and demonstrating their commitment to learning. This achievement is a direct reflection of the amazing teachers at CIVA. We are also very thankful to our parents for supporting the school, as 100% of our students participated in Colorado Measures Academic Success.
Senior Panels
Senior Panels: Our delightful seniors will be presenting their senior panels on March 15, 12:00-4:00, March 16, 12:00-4:00, and March 17, 8:00-4:00. Please come out and support the seniors as they deliver these inspiring stories.
Special Schedule for Testing
The CMAS testing window starts on March 13th, all 9th graders will be participating in this assessment.
SAT practice exam for juniors is on March 15th, 7:45-12:00.
PSAT practice exam for sophomores is on March 16th, 7:45-12:00.
- March 15 - no school for sophomores. Freshmen and juniors dismissed at noon
- March 16 - no school for juniors. Freshmen and sophomores dismissed at noon
- March 17 - no school for freshmen, sophomores or juniors
Prom
The date for prom has been changed to April 28, 2017 from 7:00pm -10:00pm.
