Congratulations to the class of 2016! We are so proud of your accomplishments, we all wish you the very best as you move on to new adventures!!

Returning Student Registration

August 16th is registration. All returning CIVA students will register between 11:30 and 1:00. All forms necessary are available on the website.

Returning students need to bring:

  • Completed Locator Card
  • Completed Enrollment Update form
  • Completed Health Update form
  • Completed OLE packet including a copy of health insurance card (please don’t sign the Power of Attorney unless in the presence of a notary. A notary will be available at registration.)
  • Payments for outstanding obligation, parking, athletics, OLE and activity fee (check made to CIVA)
  • Completed Lifetouch order form if ordering pictures (check made to Lifetouch) – see the events calendar for the link for the order form.

New Student Orientation/Registration

August 16th is registration and new student orientation! New students/parents will start the day at 8:30 with new student orientation. New students will finish registration and get their school picture/IDs taken between 9 and 10:30. 

New students need to bring:

  • Any paperwork not turned in
  • Completed OLE packet including a copy of health insurance card (please don’t sign the Power of Attorney unless in the presence of a notary. A notary will be available at registration.)
  • Payments for parking, athletics, OLE and activity fee balance (made to CIVA)
  • Completed Lifetouch order form if ordering pictures (check made to Lifetouch) – see the events calendar for the link for the order form.

National Honor Society

Congratulations to our National Honor Society inductees for 2016-2017:

FALL OLE (Outdoor Learning Expedition) is right around the corner!

We will be going to Frontier Ranch in Buena Vista September 13th – 15th. All paperwork and payment or payment arrangements must be made by August 31st. Final numbers will be turned into the camp on August 31st so don’t miss the deadline! All forms are available on the website. Please remember that the Power of Attorney must be signed in front of a notary (a notary is available at CIVA at no charge).
