BAAC - Building Accountability and Advisory Committee
The CIVA Building Advisory and Accountability Committee (BAAC) is a great place to get more information about CIVA and share your voice on important school issues, with a minimum time investment.
This group of parents, teachers and community members meet on the 2nd Tuesday of every month from 6:00-7:00. The purpose of this committee is to assist with the improvement of education and achievement for all students at CIVA.
Part of our objective is to help with the development, monitoring and evaluation of the School Improvement Plan (SIP), but parent input on many other important issues that affect our school and students is always welcome. Our Principal shares information on a variety of programs and upcoming events at CIVA.
CIVA will benefit from a broader representation of the makeup of the CIVA community. Please feel free to attend the BAAC meetings and you'll find this is an enjoyable way for you to become more involved. If you have any questions, please call Randy Zimmerman at 633-1306.
